Anna
Anna started her dance life in 2013 after realizing that she can't stay away from dance any longer, so it was just the right time to start something new and very exiting in her life. Inspired by Cuban friends, Anna tried Salsa Casino first and then completely fell in love with Latin dancing. Once she tried Salsa, Anna discovered Bachata, Merengue, Cha Cha Cha, Brazilian Zouk, Kizomba, Reggaetton, Argentine Tango, as well as Hustle and Swing. Spending every day dancing for a lot of hours made her one of the best students of the dance school and helped her to win the city of Saint Petersburg Social Dance competition in Bachata just two months after she started to dance.
After moving to Maine in 2014 and realizing that there is no Latin dance movement, Anna and her Cuban partner - Lazaro started to teach Salsa and Bachata in one of the local dance schools. On the January 31st, 2016, a big decision was made - to start a new dance company - Danza Latina, that will be people oriented and that will welcome everyone no matter of age, gender, and experience. Starting from that day Anna is looking forward to share all skills and knowledge that she has with the students.
