What should I wear?
- You can wear anything comfortable for you, please be advised that we require you to change the shoes in the studio, so make sure you have a second pair on you. We do not recommend to wear heels ( unless its a dance shoes) in order to avoid injuries.
Do I need to have a partner?
- No, you dont have to have a partner! We have plenty of leaders and followers, so join us any time.
Can i do a drop in class / do i need to sign up?
- We are welcoming drop ins any time. We have 2 instructors at the class, one works with intermediate level, and another welcomes beginners / new comers.
- For the classes in the studio you don't need to sign up. However if you plan on taking a class through the Adult Educations, then yes, you must sign up through the website at least 24 hours before the start date.
How do I pay?
- We do not accept credit/debit cards, so please bring cash or checks. Please bring change! Drop in is $13, 6 hours dance cards is $66. (Salsa, Kizomba & Bachata in the studio)
- If you are taking a class through Adult Education, then check the links for fees and details.
Are you teaching beginners?
- We have 2 instructors in the studio, one works with beginners / those who came for the first time. So you are welcome to join us any time!
Are there classes for intermediate level dancers?
- We have 2 dance instructors in the studio, one instructor is always taking care of the continuing / intermediate level dance, for both Salsa and Bachata.
When are you guys open?
- We are teaching classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays no matter of holidays, seasons or weather conditions (unless its a blizzard).
Where do you teach classes?
- We mainly teaching at 413 Broadway, South Portland, where we always welcome drop ins, teaching intermediate level students and doing private classes and dance parties. Classes in a summer time run outdoors: Deering Oaks Park.
-We also offer seasonal dance classes around Portland, please check details under class description for the fees and directions.
